I come from a family of karate instructors, which introduced me to the world of martial arts from an early age. At the age of four, I began training in Greco-Roman wrestling, a discipline I pursued until I was eighteen, winning the title of Greek champion three times in school and national tournaments across the cadet, junior, and youth categories.

At the same time, I also became a two-time Greek shot put champion.

I moved to Piraeus, where I trained in Muay Thai and boxing under my coach, Giorgos Neromyliotis, who believed in me from day one and provided me with the right foundation and tools to grow. I went on to compete in various tournaments, earning a second-place finish at the Greek National Championship in the elite men's category, along with two third-place finishes. Additionally, I have competed in professional events organized by the World Muaythai Council (WMC), as well as in boxing and kickboxing nights, and numerous interclub competitions.

I then decided to transition into coaching. I completed my certification in Muay Thai through the General Secretariat of Sports and attended seminars on fitness, Pilates, strength training, physical conditioning, as well as seminars on match-fixing prevention and anti-doping control. All of this equipped me to provide the best possible guidance to athletes and support them in achieving their goals.
